Abstract
Sve veći broj organizacija zaključuje da je mjerenje važnije nego ikada, jer su današnji sustavi za praćenje i prijenos informacija o učinku nepotpuni. Također je otežavajuća činjenica da poduzeća ne uspijevaju provesti svoju strategiju. Upravo u ovome trenutku pojavila se potreba za sustavom koji uravnotežuje financijsku perspektivu, perspektivu kupaca, internih procesa te učenja, rasta i razvoja u jednu cjelinu, te koji pomaže organizaciji u borbi protiv nepovoljnih okolnosti u provedbi strategije. Bit Balanced Scorecard-a je uravnoteženost svih perspektivi, gdje menadžeri mogu lako uočiti nedostatke i nepravilnosti u provođenju zadaća poduzeća. Ova metoda zahtijeva angažiranost svih u poduzeću, jer znanje i ljudske sposobnosti predstavljaju temelj održive konkurentske prednosti. Istraživanja pokazuju da je ovaj model naišao na široku primjenu, kako u razvijenim tako i u manje razvijenim poduzećima. Kao najvažniji razlog se može navesti taj da BSC model ne koristi samo financijske, već i druge čimbenike koji utječu na uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
An increasing number of organizations concludes that the measure is more important than ever, because today's systems for monitoring and transmission of information on the impact of incomplete. It is also an aggravating fact that companies are failing to carry out its strategy. Just at this moment there was a need for a system that balances financial perspective, customer perspective, internal processes and learning, growth and development in a single unit, and that helps an organization to combat adverse circumstances in the implementation of the strategy. Base of Balanced Scorecard is a balance of perspective, where managers can easily spot the flaws and irregularities in the implementation of the tasks of the company. This method requires the involvement of everyone in the company, because knowledge and people skills are the basis of sustainable competitive advantage. Research shows that this model has run into widespread use, both in developed and in less developed businesses. As the most important reason may be stated that the BSC model does not rely only on financial, but also on other factors affecting business performance.
