When we look at the share in the overall economic inflow and importance of business hotel companies in our country, we notice that it is , based on many specifics and details, their sensitivity to crisis situations higher compared to other economic activities. This research has been shown that the majority of respondents correctly identified problems of the national economy in endogenous causes. To receive a confirmation and a percentage of 30.77% of the respondents who expressed the view that the problems of the Croatian economy is the result of internal causes, but at the same time, more than half of respondents believe that the global economic crisis significantly affected the Croatian economy. The results showed satisfactory access to managers this subject which leads to the conclusion that the awareness of crisis situations and the importance of crisis management are present among hoteliers, and that the crisis period from which we emerged, reflected the positive response to the development of crisis management and the very role of managers and developing awareness and adapting such a situation, which is reflected as well as education and adapting high criteria that reached the post-crisis period and the determination of Croatian and especially the Split-Dalmatia County and the city of Split as macro recommended tourist destinations, and all of these developments are the result and occupancy hotel capacity nearest best figures of pre-war results in Split.
