This paper present the basic and detailed of business processes in Croatia Health Insurance Inc. that as a younge company follows the trends of development in the business world, therefore it is constantly investing in the development of business processes.
The emphasis is on managing and developing human resources in the form of constant education, remuneration, development, career development that is very important both for motivation and development of employees, and for the company growth.
To mantain its leading position in the market the company must, as up to now, work on changing the business model,the introduction of new technologies, development of software solution, introducing new IT system and the continuous development of business processes.
