The main subject of this final paperwork is the development of new products at OTP bank. Product is anything that can be offered in the market to satisfy a particular desire or need. The goal of every company is to develop a product that will survive on the market for as long as possible. Each product or service goes through a certain life cycle, starting with introduction of the product on the market, through product growth and development, to the phase of decline. One of the biggest challenges of marketing planning is developing ideas for new products and successfully launching them into the market. The development of a new product consists of certain phases that the product goes through. After the theoretical part, the practical part presents the process of introducing a new product directly in OTP bank. Each introduction of a new product is a huge risk itself, significant attention is paid to this aspect.
