Abstract
U ovom radu je prikazano upravljanje rizicima projekta. Razni rizici utječu na poslovanje svakog poduzeća, pa tako i kada se promatraju pojedini projekti. Svaki projekt za sobom vuče određenu neizvjesnost i rizike o kojima menadžment poduzeća treba voditi računa. Kako bi se upravljalo rizicima projekta potrebno je identificirati, analizirati, planirati odgovore na rizike, te nadzirati i kontrolirati rizike koji utječu na projekte. Jedino se na taj način mogu ostvariti postavljeni ciljevi... More projekta. U radu je za primjer odabrano poduzeće AD Plastik. Navedeno poduzeće ima izgrađen prepoznatljiv imidž u autoindustriji, te kontinuirano rade na usavršavanju svog poslovanja. Kao primjer upravljanja projektima odabran je projekt linije bojanja za industrijska istraživanja, razvoj i inovacije. Na projekt djeluju slijedeći rizici: edukacije i planiranja zapošljavanja zaposlenika, održavanje i servisa, logistike, te zagađenja okoliša. Na navedene rizike poduzeće djeluje strategijama transfera (prijenos rizika na drugog nositelja) i ublažavanja rizika. Less
Abstract (english)
This paper presents risk management of the project. Various risks affect the business of each company, even when looking at individual projects. Each project draws a certain uncertainty and the risks to which management of the company needs to be taken into account. In order to manage project risks, it is necessary to plan, identify, analyse, plan risk responses, and monitor and control the risks that affect projects. Only in this way the project set business goals can be achieved. As a... More case study, AD Plastik is selected for this paper. This company has built a recognizable image in auto industry and is continually working on improving its business. As a project management example, a project of coloring lines for industrial research, development and innovation was selected. The project is exposed to the following risks: education and planning of employee employment, maintenance and service, logistics, and environmental pollution.
