Abstract
Jedno od gorućih pitanja društvenog razvoja na globalnoj razini je pitanje zaštite okoliša. Unutar te tematike, najveći problem predstavlja neodgovorno zbrinjavanje otpada te njegova konstantna akumulacija. Ovaj problem je detaljno obrađen u ovom radu te je dao neke nove poglede na gospodarenje otpadom s gledišta jednog ugostiteljskog poduzeća. Pokazano je da je izuzetno važno prepoznati nastali problem kako bi se moglo u što kraćem roku i na što učinkovitiji način pristupiti rješavanju... More problema. Također, prikazana su neka rješenja koje bi ugostiteljska poduzeća mogla provoditi u smislu učinkovitog gospodarenja otpadom, od kojih je najzastupljenije tzv. ˈekološko certificiranjeˈ te razdvajanje otpada. Abstract (english)
One of the most important problems of social development globally is environmental protection. The biggest problem of environmental protection is irresponsible waste disposal and its constant accumulation. This problem is treated in detail in this paper thus giing some new insights on waste management from the viewpoint of a catering company. It has been shown that it is extremely important to recognize the resulting problem so that the company could act immediately and efficiently... More address the problem.
