Abstract
Osnovno područje ovog rada je strateška analiza okoline, kao jedan od najznačajnijih segmenata strateškog menadžmenta i to na konkretnom primjeru Specijalne bolnice za medicinsku rehabilitaciju Biokovka Makarska. Shodno tome, u radu su postavljene tri hipoteze, od kojih je jedna temeljna, a dvije pomoćne. Prema postavljenim hipotezama, „Biokovka“ Makarska, kao jedan od pionira zdravstvenog turizma na hrvatskom tržištu, kontinuirano prati nastale promjene u poslovnoj okolini, promptno reagira,... More te vrši određene mjere prilagođavanja, što u značajnoj mjeri utječe na njen poslovni uspjeh i financijski rezultat. Hipoteze su ispitane uz pomoć sekundarnog istraživanja, te su iste i potvrđene. Iz navedenog se primarno može implicirati važnost organizacijskih okolina današnjih ustanova, kao i adekvatnog pristupa i provedbe njihove analize i djelovanja u njihovom okviru. Less
Abstract (english)
The main scope of this thesis is strategic analysis of organizational environment as one of the major segment in strategic management on the example of environment of Special hospital for medical rehabilitation Biokovka Makarska. Accordin to that, the hypothesis had been set, one main and two associated which state that Biokovka, the pionees of health tourism in croatian market, continuously monitors the changes in the business environment, responds promptly and performs certain adjustment... More measures, which significantly affects its business success and financial performance. The hypothesis have been tested and confirmed. Subsequent facts imply the great importance of organizational environment in modern enterprises and also the importance of adequate approach and execution of its analysis and acting in theirs context.
