Obiteljsko poduzetništvo čini stabilan sustav te se ogleda u različitim poslovnim formama kao što su trgovačka društva, banke, obrti, zadruge, obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva. Uključuje u poslovanje sve članove obitelji. Odlučivanje i management rezultat su timskog rada, a na samom kraju poslovni rezultat ovisi o kvalitetnoj interakciji tvrtke i obitelji.
